NGO "Safe Country"
The public organization "Safe Country" is an initiative and active structure aimed at creating a healthy and safe society in Ukraine. The main goal of this organization is to increase the safety of citizens' lives and prevent crimes in society.
Our mission is to increase the exposure of corruption cases in Ukraine by 25%. To make this possible, we are raising $250,000 to fund rewards for whistleblowers, enabling us to uncover an additional 250 bribery cases every year.
The NGO "Safe Country" makes payments to applicants who filed a complaint about extortion of a bribe (illegitimate benefit) via the Zaya chatbot and received a response about the initiation of criminal proceedings in the case.

Why is the project "Public Control of Corruption" very important for Ukraine?
- Corruption ranks 3rd in the countryCorruption remains in the top three biggest problems of the state - after armed aggression (according to a TI Ukraine survey), some legal norms do not work (such as Article 53-7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Combating Corruption" - the state does not recognize applicants in court as whistleblowers and does not pay money for their case for 3 years), and the project "Public Control of Corruption" as an alternative project to combat corruption can support and finance whistleblowers on corruption at every stage.
- The absence of the Whistleblower Institute as one of the requirements for joining the EUThe creation of a whistleblower institute is part of the requirements for starting negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union, so the project "Public Control of Corruption" is extremely important for starting to fulfill this requirement, since we will train whistleblowers in bribery, pay them for their contribution to identifying bribe-takers, and in connection with this, they will independently detect corruption, and not be talcs sent somewhere by law enforcement officers with a dictaphone.
- Old methods don't workWhile Ukraine is creating new methods and approaches to stimulate applicants for bribery, in other countries this method has been working effectively for a long time, so we should not delay, we need to work in this direction and support the project "Public Control of Corruption" to create an independent effective tool that will work systematically no matter what. We will create a Corruption Dashboard and begin to measure what corruption affects, for example, the number of searches conducted and the number of suspicions raised, law enforcement agencies have been conducting searches at enterprises for a long time for the purpose of personal enrichment, the analysis and effectiveness of their work in this direction is not publicly conducted. We conducted an analysis of the consideration of criminal cases on corruption in courts and came to the conclusion that 30% of these cases are closed due to errors by law enforcement agencies during the pre-trial investigation, we will systematically identify and show these facts.

Public control of corruption
The goal is to involve citizens in fighting corruption and monitoring community integrity by building transparent tools and communication with authorities. In Ukraine, whistleblowers are the most effective source of detecting corruption, and the recovered losses can fully cover the project’s costs.
Chatbot Zaya
Helps to issue a crime report in PDF format with the applicant's signature. After integration with Action.Signature, we can transfer the chatbot to the balance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Funds are required for integration.
Rail Logistics Marketplace
A car rental service that connects a cargo owner's request and a car rental offer based on the Uber principle👍.
Platform "Pain, Idea and Solution"
On the platform, the author describes his pain, idea or solution. The platform connects the pain or problem with an existing solution or idea. The author of the idea or solution will be able to conduct a paid interview with the author of the pain or problem, the platform also helps political parties identify the key pain of the community for its solution priorities in order to attract the attention of voters
